You can cancel a cash out through MoneyGram at any time and the funds will be returned to your Vibrant account.
To cancel a transaction from your home screen (method 1 of 2):
Open the Vibrant app
Click on “Your cash is ready for pick-up”
Click on “Cancel Transaction”
You’ll be redirected to the MoneyGram cash out details page, click on “Cancel Transfer”
Please state the reason for refund and funds should be returned to your wallet and click on “Cancel Transfer”
You’ll be redirected to the MoneyGram cash out details page, scroll down and click on “Close”
You’ll be redirected to your Vibrant Home page, where you will be able to restart your transaction.
To cancel a transaction from your history screen (method 2 of 2):
Go to your Vibrant app
Click on the History clock at the bottom of your screen.
Select the transaction you need to cancel.
Click on “Cancel Transaction”
You’ll be redirected to the MoneyGram cash out details page, click on “Cancel Transfer”
Please state the reason for refund and funds should be returned to your wallet and click on “Cancel Transfer”
You’ll be redirected to the MoneyGram cash out details page, scroll down and click on “Close”
You’ll be redirected to your Vibrant Home page, where you will be able to restart your transaction.
