Once you have completed the cash out form via MoneyGram, and you see the message in your home screen, “Your cash is ready for pick-up” the funds will be immediately ready for pick-up.
If you don’t see this message in your home screen:
Log into your Vibrant account
Go to your Transaction history by clicking on the clock located at the bottom of your screen
Select the withdrawal you want to review
If the reference number is displayed, the funds are ready for pick up!
Please, visit your nearest MoneyGram location with your reference number and photo ID to pick up your funds.
