Unfortunately, when a withdrawal is completed and appears as a successful transaction in your Vibrant account History, we are unable to cancel it or return the funds.

For future occasions, we strongly recommend:

  1. Avoid filling the address information manually, always copy-paste the information to prevent mistakes.

  2. Don’t click “Send” until you have verified all the information and you are 100% sure that it is correct.

As we are not able to recover the sent funds, if you know the person the funds were sent to, you can personally contact them to clarify the situation. Sadly, Vibrant can not provide information of the recipient or contact them to recover the funds.
